The place was a dump: the bedspread had stains, the curtains were ripped, and the bathroom was filthy and disgusting.

The location was good, but the place could have been cleaner—black hair in a bathroom corner, dog food pieces near the TV, and the TV was locked to Spanish which was fine only if you spoke that language. Breakfast was minimal: toast, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, and bananas.

There was nothing positive; a blood stain on the sheet was covered up because I was exhausted, the floor was dirty with crumbs, the air felt off, and the toilet whistled for a long time after flushing—had I not been so tired, I would have gone downstairs to complain.
