“An absolutely beautiful and unforgettable stay with exceptional hospitality and a truly wonderful experience!”
Everything was absolutely wonderful! The property was beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere, facilities, and overall service exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Abdulhamid, whose kindness, attention, and outstanding hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable, and also to Mr. Mimi and Spa Manager Mr. Mina. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and very well organized. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The only point is that it’s very far from the city, but it’s worth it.

The structure is completely renovated, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was truly comfortable, well organized, and even had a beautiful private balcony. The all‑inclusive level is excellent, with many services available, a buffet, and the option to dine at the restaurant directly on the sea with a à‑la‑carta menu. International food is good quality and the staff are always available and friendly. We especially appreciated the exclusivity of the beach, with private sunbeds directly on the sand, allowing us to relax without being disturbed by street vendors. A special mention to Issa, always smiling and helpful, and also very good at speaking Italian: he made our experience even more pleasant. Congratulations indeed! Finding defects in the structure is really difficult, because the resort offers an excellent level of experience. The only less positive aspect concerns the Uroa area: it is certainly very quiet and relaxing, but outside the resort area the beach is less developed compared to other parts of the island we visited. In some sections, especially where local villages overlook it, it is also rather dirty. For the rest, nothing to report: inside the resort the experience was truly excellent.
Issa is the man! The food is not up to standard, except in their Mareya restaurant which was nice. Service is too “pole pole”; they forget about 50 % of your orders, and when they do arrive, they take more time than they should.
I recently stayed at JAZ Amaluna Zanzibar and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is new, modern and exceptionally clean, with well-maintained facilities throughout the property. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and attentive, which really contributed to a relaxing stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the resort had a fresh, high-quality feel that you would expect from a newly opened property. The only disappointing aspect of my stay was the beach experience. While the beach itself is beautiful, I found it difficult to fully enjoy because I was regularly approached by local vendors and beach sellers whenever I walked along the shoreline. While they were generally polite, the constant approaches made it challenging to relax and enjoy the beach as much as we had hoped
