“Als je alleen wil slapen prima”

I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. However, I had booked a room with a balcony, but the room we received had none. After telling the front desk, they reassigned me to a balcony room without any discussion. That room was 100 meters away, only reachable by a hill and stairs, was small, dark, old, and its balcony was made of metal and wobbly. The bathroom was outdated, the towels had clearly seen better days, and the toilet didn’t flush properly.
