The location is good. The place feels unprofessional; the bathroom water was filthy, and it took a long time for staff to address the issue. Food came in broken glasses and plates, and the staff seemed uninterested in handling complaints. They need to improve many aspects, especially the staff attitude. For me it was a total waste of money.

The stay was beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean, the food was good, and the view from the room was great.

An amazing spot in the middle of nowhere, kept tidy. The reception staff, guides, restaurant team and housekeeping delivered great service. Highly recommend for those seeking an off‑beat, quiet location. The only drawback is the final 800 m to the resort, which is an off‑road steep climb that can be difficult for low‑floor vehicles.

The location and quiet are great, the food is excellent. Luxury rooms share a living area, and the restaurant is on lower floors, making it hard for seniors to reach.
