The hotel completely messed up our booking, switching us to a terrible room at the last minute. I tried to get in touch with the hotel and the booking platform, but nothing seemed to work. It was a really frustrating experience that left a bad taste in my mouth.

The only good thing about this place is its location, which is pretty convenient. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was dirty, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the food was a joke. They even charged me for breakfast, but it wasn't provided, and the service charge was ridiculous considering the poor service I received. To top it all off, there was a shortage of towels, bedsheets, and food. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Unfortunately, our stay was a complete letdown. The room hadn't been cleaned in what felt like days, and the smell was overpowering. To make matters worse, there was no water available, and we had to ask for it multiple times. It was a really basic mistake that made our stay uncomfortable.
