What makes this place stand out is how pretty it is, from the cruise‑themed décor to the hallways, lobby, and rooms. The staff are calm and helpful, Georgian‑style. River‑side rooms offer an amazing view of Tbilisi. Breakfast is super full, with sweet, savory, and fruit/vegetable options. I recommend it 100 %.

I liked the hotel and its spot—plenty of good restaurants nearby—and the rooms were big and comfy. The breakfast could use improvement, especially the coffee selection.

“A lovely hotel with great facilities, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast.”

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is lovely, with a spacious room and excellent facilities including a bar, restaurant and swimming pool. The corridors are cosy and nicely decorated, and breakfast was amazing. I found a hair in the bath, which was disappointing given how good everything else was. The key card was also a bit tricky and took a few tries to open the door
