They waited until I paid before telling me the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working, and it wasn’t a sudden outage—the man at the check‑in counter said new owners were taking over and it would be out for a few weeks. The TV was also unreliable. If they had known ahead of time it would be out, they should have updated the listing. Why does it still say “including free WiFi”?!
