Palmar del Rio Gran Hotel

Despite some initial issues with my booking, the hotel staff managed to find us a room, which was a huge relief. However, I was disappointed that my reservation didn't appear in their system, and we almost didn't get a room, even though we had booked well in advance.

The hotel's location was one of its best features, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, I was a bit frustrated that the reception was located on the second floor, which made it a bit of a trek to check in.

“Looking forward to meeting next visit”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The complimentary breakfast was truly delicious and set me up for the day. However, I did wish I had been allocated a ground-floor room, but I didn't request one in advance.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a letdown, with nothing standing out as particularly positive. The bathroom was a major issue, with a poor location and a street nearby that made it noisy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I was impressed by how clean the hotel was, which was a major plus. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of some of the other guests, who made excessive noise and didn't respect the other guests. Additionally, the bathroom was poorly laid out and small, and there was a lack of air conditioning in the room.
