The spot is great and the place is quiet.

The room has one double bed and one single bed, so it's quite spacious and very clean. A basket with coffee pods, Nesquick, bread and brioche is provided for breakfast. Parking is in front of the building entrance. The bathroom is a bit old but very clean, which isn't a problem because it's also large. Be aware that the stairs seem necessary for access; it's fine for me but could be a challenge for some. Some might like a breakfast buffet in the room.

The room is pretty, functional, simple yet comfy with a lovely view of the Yonne. The welcome was perfect. The breakfast kit is always appreciated. The private parking is handy. The silence and calm are nice. The restaurant nearby is pleasant. There's not much else to note, maybe a touch of salt in the breakfast, but otherwise it's fine.
