The staff were excellent, especially Khalifa, who went out of his way to make sure the whole group got the rooms we needed. The restaurant staff were very polite and attentive. The hotel is clean and very suitable for groups and families. The location is great and close to markets and restaurants. The team is outstanding and has great manners, especially Brother Khalifa. The bedding in the rooms provides extra comfort and space. The only downside is that the entrance to the hotel is from the back street.

“Bon hôtel , super petit dej, sécurisé mais très bruyant”

Breakfast was excellent, the staff made me feel very safe, there’s an unheated pool and a 24‑hour bar, and the location is ideal with shops, a church and a sports stadium right next door. On the downside, rooms facing the street were noisy even at night, the hotel was under construction and very loud, there was no shower mat, the TVs didn’t work and offered no channels.

The rooms were neat, but the pool water was extremely cold.

The staff were welcoming, always available and constantly smiling, yet the welcome area and the variety of breakfast options left something to be desired.
