Hotel Blissful

The staff were poor, and the room was very small. Nothing else.

“Good stay in heart of Thane..Prices are bit high as compared to facilities.”

The location and cleanliness were good. The restaurant was missing, even though they arranged food elsewhere, and there was no tea kettle provided.

Nothing was explained in detail about breakfast, and it wasn't included. The toilet seat was broken; I told the hotel staff but they didn't fix it. The room lacked a floor mat outside the bathroom, so water splashed onto the floor, and the bathroom door was broken. Tiny flies were in the room, the housekeeping didn't change the bedsheets, and there was no dustbin.

The rooms were dirty. The bedsheets were stinking and overall the rooms were very dirty.

The staff’s behavior was good. Nothing else.
