Check‑in was fast, easy, and hassle‑free; the room, linens, and towels were very clean and Wi‑Fi was free. However, the refrigerator in my room had a bent door that wouldn’t close, so I couldn’t use it.

“For expensive accommodation, I feel that the room is like a motel and feels cheap.”

I paid 20k for a standard double room and stayed in four rooms; the room was so hot that even after reporting it, it remained hot. The staff were good, but the rest of the marketing team was not.
