The service, the selection of snacks, the breakfast was great, the air‑conditioning, the heated pool, and the organization were all good. The only common issue in many hotels and inns: a faint lingering smell in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was PERFECT.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the staff. I loved that it was full of plants and fruit trees. I didn’t like the pillows.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower worked well, linens were clean and soft, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. However, there were a few structural quirks: the toilet was loose, doors creaked, and the locks were inadequate. Also, the room lighting was directly over the bed, which was a bit annoying; indirect lighting or lights elsewhere would be more comfortable.
