The place rocks – location, stuff, rooms.
“Maghnoque sejoir top hôtel tout étais parfais”
Almost everything was great. Nothing at all to complain about.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the sauna was the best. No complaints.
“Stay somewhere else”
The spa is beautiful and just about the only part of the hotel that is taken care of apart from the lobby and hallways. The room was run down, furniture was damaged which was an eye sore, if something in my own home was damaged i would fix it or replace it, as a premium hotel they have the resourses to do this immediatley but have chosen not to. The housekeeping and room service is the worst i’ve experienced, what is the point of staying in a “good hotel” if the service takes over 1 hour to recieve even after 2 follow up calls. This hotel is falling short of standards, the service is off and the up keep of rooms is overdue. Its not good enough, I should have stayed at the Dorcester, at least i know exactly what to expect there
