The stay was a total disaster: the sheets weren't changed at all, they used old blankets instead, and the overall hygiene was terrible—an absolute nightmare.

Communication was a nightmare; the drivers demanded an unreasonable extra fee, claiming the hotel is in Tamilnadu while the actual location is Pondicherry. Inside, there was no way to call the room boy, no room service for tea or coffee, and you had to walk 150 mtrs just to get a cup of tea. No restaurant nearby meant dinner was left to chance, and the staff couldn't understand Hindi or even English—only basic sign language and a few phrases. North Indians will find this place unsuitable for now; it needs time to improve.
