“The best place to see tigers in India”

I really loved staying at Bandhavgarh Tiger Resort. Jay took great care of me throughout the whole stay, arranging the private car pickup from Katni where my train arrived, organising all my safaris, and every morning personally ensuring I got to the safari on time and picking me up afterward. He was excellent. The safari experience here is amazing. I did 8 safaris and saw tigers in 6 of them. In Tala, I saw tigers in 4 out of 4 safaris, and in several of those sightings the tiger was very active, which was incredible. The room was very spacious, with a TV and a bathroom with a bathtub. Very comfortable. The food was also very good. As a European, sometimes food can be difficult for me in some places, but here everything was absolutely fine and reasonably priced. Another thing I really appreciated was the transparency. They did not try to add hidden costs, which is something I value a lot. Everything was clear and honest. Very little, honestly. The important things were all well covered, and I had a very good experience overall.

I liked everything overall, the bed was very comfortable and clean, and the room was huge. The private bathroom had hot water, though it was a kettle and lasted about 5 minutes, but it was great for a quick warm shower, especially in this country. The staff were all very friendly, especially the guys. The boss Jay and his financial advisor were amazing. And remember, I need to walk later for a safari. The only thing I would say for next time is to practice the table tennis or ping‑pong a bit more. Thanks for being so friendly. Goodbye everyone.

Staff was helpful, rooms were pretty big, but the food is too expensive. As per the quality and quantity of food, it's too expensive

Good property, well maintained. Large room and bathroom. Bit cold though. Staff organised safari bookings in advance on my behalf which greatly facilitated my stay. Room was a bit cold and I had to pay extra for a heater to make it comfortable after sunset
