Sammy was very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and pleasant.

The rooms were a major plus, super modern and nice for the price. Unfortunately, the staff didn't quite live up to my expectations, especially the folks at the front desk. They seemed a bit unfriendly and unhelpful, which was a real letdown.

The property itself was pretty great - it was comfortable and had everything I needed. However, the staff was a bit of a mixed bag, with one exception: John, who was super friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff seemed a bit disorganized and uninterested in helping.
