The staff and cleanliness were solid, but the breakfast menu was lacking and the hotel was further from central Chiang Mai than I expected.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at; the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are modern and large, and the staff are extremely professional and helpful.

I was blown away by the hotel's cleanliness and the comfort of its bed. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a lackluster experience. While the hotel itself has great infrastructure and is brand new, with a lot of potential, the service was cold and uninformative. The shower water was lukewarm, and despite the hotel's size, there were no additional services available beyond breakfast. I was also disappointed by the extremely impersonal service, which lacked any warmth or soul. Despite its potential, the hotel felt poorly managed.
