The bathroom had a leaking shower stall, there was no towel in the bathroom, we returned to the hotel at 16:30 and the room had not been cleaned, so I had to go to the front desk three times to get a second key.

The location and service are good, but the bed linens were unsatisfactory.

The hotel is excellent, well located and the breakfast is great; we ordered two separate dishes for dinner, both the chicken and the meat needed a little more time on the grill.

“Proveitosa”

My stay was very productive, the attendants were wonderful and friendly, but I have one point to raise: on the day I booked the sauna, I think because of the rain, part of the ceiling leaked for a long time, creating a puddle that dripped throughout my sauna/hydromassage session; I understand the rain was heavy that day, yet I expected a bit more support from the hotel to prevent slipping, since I was in the middle of the hallway. Apart from that, I have nothing else to complain about, the breakfast was marvelous, the service excellent (especially the spa, with perfect reception and service, I definitely plan to return many times).
