The location is great, close to UKM and plenty of shops. However, only two thin pillows were offered, the curtains were already torn and worn, and there were just two power outlets.

The bed was comfortable, but the air was weak, the room was too warm, and the floor had a water leak.

The place sits near all the attractions and a toll exit, but parking is scarce—you have to park by a neighbour’s house and walk about 50 metres with all your luggage. The house manager didn’t answer my check‑in call, there was no receptionist, and the number never picked up, making the process quite difficult.

The room had a slight odor, the carpet smelled like a damp smell, the curtains were torn, and the sheets and pillowcases were heavily stained.
