Walking into the room, I was hit by a wonderfully rich scent—probably from the shampoo—and the bed was very comfortable. The service from everyone on the staff—Gaetano, Andrea, la nonna, and the other room‑cleaner—was excellent. Only downside: it’s a bit removed from the city centre.

A solid find for a centrally‑located hotel on Lanzarote Island; the staff were genuinely cheerful, welcoming and attentive. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel, which I tested in October.
