The room was tiny for four people and there was no place to put luggage.
“It was ok, nothing special, it was a birthday weekend and I’m afraid the hotel wasn’t up to much and definitely wouldn’t”
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but they didn’t return my earrings that were left on the sink. The room was advertised as a deluxe room, yet it was small; breakfast wasn’t extensive enough for gluten‑free options; the towels and bed weren’t changed for our second night, and the tea and coffee were not replaced.
I stayed in a tidy room on a great spot, but the place was cramped. The LG 1 room sat right beside the kitchen dining area, so the noise was constant and it felt like we were sleeping in the kitchen.

The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The rooms were a bit small, ventilation could be better, and the number of stairs was unclear when we booked.

The location was convenient, just a 10‑15 minute walk from Victoria Underground Station, and the decor felt modern. We had a roomy triple room and the staff were friendly. The room could have been cleaner—there was dust in a few spots—and we wished for more hangers. The hotel has no lift, but that didn’t bother us because we were traveling with a backpack.
