Super Townhouse Edassery Blue Bells

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the friendly staff. Everything was neat and clean, and the hotel seemed well-maintained. It's a shame they didn't quite live up to my expectations in every area.

The receptionist was absolutely fantastic - she checked us in without any delay and was super friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rest of our stay was pretty uneventful, to be honest.

We were really disappointed with the cleanliness of our room - it was a bit of a mess. To make matters worse, the water bottle they provided was clearly used. It was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the price we paid.

Food was got, service, is very good. Mould and fungus room with morshy smell, dampness in the room, rude reception, unclean room, smelly blankets

“Poor category hotel”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that breakfast is served at 9:30 a.m. - it's like they're trying to make it sound like a luxury or something. On a more serious note, the lack of a house phone to contact reception or other staff was really inconvenient, and the bathroom felt a bit exposed with no curtain or partition. And to top it off, there was no tea or coffee in the room, and no room service to speak of.
