The location, the cleanliness, the comfortable bed. The breakfast needs improvement, and if you’re a bit tall the duvet in the bed is too short.

“Zentral gelegenes Innenstadthotel, wo man sich keine Ansprüche zu erwarten hat. Zum Schlafen reichts”

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ruhiges Zimmer, Bett war OK. Sehr gute Lage gleich bei der Tube Station Eaels Court gelegen. Dass ich um 23.30 Uhr vom Personal empatielos aufgefordert wurde, das Zimmer sofort zu wechseln. Dass ich ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen habe, kann passieren, aber das müsste doch auch bis am Morgen warten können- ein echter Minuspunkt. Mein Zimmer machte mit dem vergitterten Fenster den Flair einer Zelle aus-OK das ist halt so. Ein echter Minuspunkt ist auch diese Feuermeldeanlage mit den Fehlalarmen- mitten in der Nacht. Das Frühstück gewinnt auch keinen Pokal, so mickrig und lieblos wie dort habe ich noch nirgendwo gehabt

“Welcoming and professional staff”

The staff were very friendly and the hotel had great connections to two central underground lines. The furnishings and bathroom facilities were not up to date or had some malfunctions, and the windows were drafty, noisy, and lacked any sound insulation.

The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was comfortable, clean, large, and the location was excellent—close to various amenities like restaurants, shops, and the Earl's Court underground station right nearby. It would be nice if breakfast offered a wider selection, such as cheese, salami, and maybe some fruit. The shower was fine, but you have to wait a while for hot water.
