When I arrived, nobody was at the counter and it took half an hour before the room was handed over; the room was shabby, the toilet and washbasin tap were broken, and cobwebs covered the bathroom and the room. After an argument the staff swapped the room, but the AC still wasn’t working, so they changed it again. The bottom lid of the geyser was hanging with an electrical wire, which was scary. Parking was the worst part of the stay. Everything in the room was poorly maintained, the room was dirty and full of cobwebs, yet the staff apologized. They did provide complimentary toiletries, a water bottle, and breakfast even though the app had mentioned it.

The rooms were very poorly cleaned.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were dirty and the restrooms were the worst—full of moss, the exhaust fan didn’t work, the toilets were dirty and smelly.
