“It was absolutely terrible.”
The room was filthy, including the bathroom, and the TV was broken when we arrived. The towels were stained and had holes, liquid splashed up the wall everywhere, and the air conditioner barely worked while being very loud.
“Never staying here again.”
The proximity to the destination was a plus, yet the room was filthy and I didn't feel safe at all.
“Wouldn't recommend it to anyone”
There was nothing to say about it; it took three attempts to get a half‑decent room. The housekeeper wouldn't clean properly and claimed she would do better if she were paid more.
“Pleasant”
Access was easy and the rates were reasonable, but the convenience of the location was also a drawback.
Customer service responded quickly, but the rooms didn't match the advertised description. The sheets didn't fit the beds properly, the bedding had stains and burn marks, the walls were poorly maintained, and the mattress could use a replacement because I could feel the springs. I also found trash under the edge of the bed.
