“Estadía en Roma”
The front‑desk staff were very helpful and addressed most of the issues we had. I also liked how close the hotel is to the central station—just a 10 to 15‑minute walk—but the area feels deserted and unsafe at night. Initially we were given a room whose air conditioning barely worked, so they moved us to a better one later. The bathroom was disappointing: the shower curtain kept falling, the sink didn’t drain, and the door didn’t seal properly. The neighborhood doesn’t look very secure, so I’d suggest bringing someone with you. The hotel is a 2‑star property about 15 minutes on foot from Roma Termini, and the TV was old with only local channels and no streaming.
