The lady who runs it is very kind, the location is beautiful, the parking is great, and the little balcony is nice; the beds were uncomfortable, the cleanliness was low for the dishes and the rooms (we found spider webs in the bathtub and spiders), they could do better, I’m convinced it’s just a little; unfortunately the curtains didn’t block the light well.
The mini‑apartment was great, in a strategic spot for walking, biking, or skiing; the owner was kind and hospitable.

I stayed at a guesthouse right on the flat main road, with easy access from the large parking lot. The interior was well equipped, with ample wardrobes and storage cabinets that could hold all my stuff. The decor was warm and inviting, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchenette and dining area met all expectations, and from the room you could see the nearby mountains. There was a ski gear drying area, and the staff were fantastic. The Brugger ski lift 7 is 250 m away, and you can reach the rest of the ski area by foot or by a free shuttle that stops right outside the guesthouse. The lift also has a parking spot for those who don’t want to walk the 250 m. The same spot is the end of trails 41c and 7. Shops and restaurants are 100 m away, and bus stops for lines 440 and 446 are 50 m from the house, giving free rides around the ski area. Sexten center is just a minute’s drive. Highly recommend.

The owner was very kind; the house was fully equipped, with plenty of shelves and storage; unfortunately there was a lot of dust on the bench and on the fabric chandelier above the table.
The location and view were good, but there was no bidet.
