The location is spot on and the staff were friendly, but the shower water pressure was weak.

The staff were really friendly, but unfortunately, that was about it for me. The hotel didn't meet my expectations in any way - the room was right on the street, so you could hear everything going on outside, the bed was on the road side, the heater was cold, and the hot water didn't work. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel's Bali-like vibe was a highlight, and being close to food stalls and restaurants was super convenient. However, we had some issues with breakfast - by 8 am, the rice porridge was already gone and didn't get refilled because the staff were worried they couldn't make more in time. The kids' playground was a letdown, it was dirty and had a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
