The room was comfy with an en‑suite bathroom, and the lounge offered tea and coffee. The spot was ideal for catching the Dart to Dublin and heading to Sandycove for the beach, waterfront, local bars, cafés, and restaurants.

We stayed in a very cozy twin‑bedroom. The lounge was handy for an afternoon tea visit, and the location was convenient. Tea, coffee and biscuits were on hand all day in the dining room, and breakfast was very good. However, the hot water in the wash basin of the bathroom was problematic, though we could get hot water in the bedroom basin.

The breakfast selection was more than adequate and the cooked items were well prepared. The bathroom could have used at least one towel rail, and when the weather turned unexpectedly chilly, a bit more heat in the room would have been appreciated.

The location was good. Nothing else stood out.

The breakfast was excellent, and tea, coffee, and bottled water were available at other times, and the location was perfect whether I used my hire car, public transport, or walked. The rooms felt a bit tired rather than characterful and could use a facelift, and the shower was barely adequate.
