The food was great and the pool was pretty large; we didn't hear any neighbors. The room design was very nice. However, after we complained about the small room, we were given a much nicer one. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, and we had bad luck with a cigarette butt that landed on us.

The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. We were a bit disappointed with dinner—it didn’t match our taste.

The hotel is nice, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the wellness area and outdoor pool are great, especially after exhausting bike tours. The food wasn’t good; we preferred eating in town, but the local tavern is recommended.

The room was beautiful. The afternoon snack didn’t meet my expectations; we also had one in Leogang, and it was incomparable.
