We arrived during the season when smoking is allowed in hotels, and the room was so cold that we had to go to reception and ask for a heater; we had to warm up in the room first. There was no trash bin, no kettle for coffee or tea, so we couldn't have a warm drink after traveling. The remote control barely held on the TV, which was very small, and the panels were some kind of movable spoon shared with the blanket—thin, too few outlets. The hallway carpet hasn't changed in 20 years.
