“Very pleasant stay.”

The staff were very friendly, and both the lobby and my room were very clean. The shower pressure was excellent, and breakfast was good. There were only a few coffee containers at breakfast; the coffee ran out and we had to wait for more, as there was just one container.

“Would go back if they can assure me that the ac situation has been resolved.”

Getting to and from the hotel was easy, and the location was convenient. The air conditioning units in the rooms needed servicing because they made a very loud noise, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were tidy, staff were friendly, breakfast came free, and the location was convenient, but the pool was small and stores were a long walk away.

“Excelente estancia”

El personal estaba bien preparado y había trabajadores bilingües, lo cual es muy importante; todo estuvo muy bien, pero el desayuno podría mejorar porque no había leche caliente y todo estaba frío.

I gave it a perfect score, everything was 100%.
