Nice place to stay, clean and close to everything

The place is central to town and there’s a café across the street. The carpet smelled; it was clean but because pets are allowed the carpet needs cleaning with a pet‑friendly product that still smells. I had to air out the room for 2 hours, there was no staff contact, everything was handled over the phone and with a lock box. It was a waste of a lovely venue. There were 4 cars in the car park.
