The staff were amazing, the chef went out of his way to serve an incredible Indian meal, and the reception team—especially Alfred—were extremely helpful.

I left my clothes to be washed, yet they shrank; how can a 4‑star hotel do that? It’s unacceptable, I’m very angry, and I don’t recommend this place, especially since it’s a paid service.
