The location and staff were good, but the facilities were very basic.

The staff were very helpful and the location was good, and the price was reasonable. My first room was very small and not clean, and the hot water didn’t work, so the staff changed the room for me soon. The second room was nice, but the AC leaked water, so the staff changed the room again. Overall it was OK because the staff was very responsive and willing to help, but I think the first room should not be used to host guests because the condition was quite poor.

The place has a cozy vibe, and the bed was comfortable while the room stayed spotless; paying rm80 a night feels justified. The door is a bit stiff to open, and the door scanner emits a “beep” for a few minutes each time you unlock it, but it usually stops after about 30 minutes.

The room was really noisy at night, there was no hot water, and none of the power sockets worked.
