The location was close to the city center, yet the facilities were poor.

The hotel sits about 300 m from the Old Town, making commuting easy; the owners were friendly and approachable, and parking was comfortable. Inside the room, there was a large TV, a new air‑conditioner, and good quality. However, the in‑room toiletries were somewhat outdated, the bed and mattress were bad—just a turn and you could hear a click, and both the mattress and pillow were too firm, ruining sleep. Towels were thin and matted, and the room had a hole that let in a lot of flies.

The bedroom was cramped, the mattress was hard, and the cotton cover was worn out, making it uncomfortable to lie down.
