It’s pretty good for a night’s stay, clean and centrally located.
The service was good. The stairs were a bit steep to climb.
The facilities are excellent, the staff is very attentive, and the location is good.
“Comfortable, affordable hotel.”
The hotel is very nice and comfortable, with well‑decorated rooms and strong air conditioning. The breakfast is great, featuring eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee. However, the location in “el centro” isn’t ideal for international tourists; there isn’t much to do nearby, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. Still, all tour companies will pick you up and drop you off, and the bus station is only about a 12‑minute walk away.
Private parking was available, and the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. A hammock was set up outside our room, and the bathroom was clean with nice toiletries. Reception staff were always available. The mosquito net in our room had a large hole. Water from the bathroom sink splashed onto the floor and into the bedroom, so we used towels to avoid slipping. Our air conditioner was oldish and didn’t cool the whole room properly, and the fan was a little bit noisy.
