Located in the heart of Teddington, The Park Hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian hotel offering 44 bedrooms with a mix of room types, including newly renovated options. Situated next to Teddington train station, it's a 30-minute commute to Central London and Heathrow Airport. On-site parking is available, and the hotel pub features grand decor, fireplaces, and an outdoor terrace near Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park.

The hotel deserves its own rating separate from the building; the bar, restaurant, and kitchen staff were polite, friendly, and efficient. The place desperately needs redecorating—room furnishings are minimal, there’s no shower cubicle so the ornate tiled floor is slippery without grab bars, the tea‑coffee tray only offers oat milk, and fresh milk sits in the fridge with other drinks but seems to cost extra. We were hit with a £60 surcharge for potential fridge use and possible damage, though we used nothing and the fee, which we thought refundable, never came back.

The heating was off, so on a cold 11° night we couldn’t warm the room; the thin duvet and no extra blankets left us freezing and sleepless. When we mentioned it to reception, they replied that it had been 20° recently—response should reflect the current forecast, not past temperatures.

We really appreciated having a car park on site. The room facilities were like home from home and very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly and most importantly the staff were excellent. Very helpful at check in and out. We will certainly recommend The Park Hotel and return when in the area. There was some noise from the outside pub diners, which is to be expected, but after they left it was a lovely, quiet location

The location was perfect—close to Bushy Park, local shops, and the train station. The room was tidy and fully equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent.
