“Hotel with bogus location”
The place looked like it was right next to the driveway outside the medina, which is why I booked it. Turns out the map was wrong – we were actually taken to a dirty spot behind the vegetable market on the other side of the medina, and I had to lug my huge suitcase uphill for 15 minutes just to reach the road outside the medina to catch my ride. The hotel chain owns several riads inside the medina but uses the best‑located one to trick guests into booking. When we finally got there, they said it was a mistake on their part and… nothing else.
