“First visit”
The deluxe room was amazing—what I thought was a large corner tub turned out to be a jacuzzi tub! It was quiet and in the best location near shops, museums, and forts. The staff were polite and respectful. Minor issues included loose railings on the second floor, a hole in the wall, and a slight leak in the tub/shower combo, but nothing major. The building is a bit older and could use a little TLC in small spots, yet the staff are genuinely pleasant, and I loved the outside sitting area. I’d love to return for our next visit; it made a great first impression of St. Augustine.
