The service was excellent, but the location was not ideal.

Breakfast was good, the people were awesome, and the spot was super quiet. Everyone was helpful and ready to solve any need. The only downside is that it’s not right next to the historic center—about 1.8 km away, but that was mentioned in the description. Taxis are regulated and easy to get, and the staff helped us line up drivers. We could also walk to the center in 20‑25 minutes, so it’s a matter of preference.

The staff are amazing—Larissa gives us great tips about the city, Fran and Celina run a tasty breakfast and keep the rooms spotless. All three are super friendly and attentive, and Felipe is just a delight. The place itself is pretty and interesting.

Location is spot on. The staff were very helpful with a few questions, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Everything was perfect—I’d definitely come back.

Nice location, great staff, and the rooms are a decent size. The only issue is that the infrastructure needs a lot of maintenance.
