“Overall a good stay with great staff”

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent and the coffee was actually pretty good, but there was no coffee maker in the room, no tissues, or anything else besides the bathroom; most places have a sink outside the bathroom or at least a tissue holder, and it was a hassle when your husband was in the bathroom for half an hour and you had to go down the elevators to the public restroom to find a tissue to blow your nose.

“Relaxing, quiet and comfortable. The rooms were clean and nice, and the facility was clean.”

I didn’t get to enjoy breakfast because of early‑morning work meetings, and there was nothing else to complain about, although I wish there had been more TV channel variety when I was relaxing after my business meetings; the selection was limited.

“Very nice, very clean, great experience!”

Breakfast was phenomenal! I loved how the TV had your name on it when you entered your room—that was cool and unique! Everything was spotless, I appreciated the hand wash instead of soap bars, the staff were kindest, and overall it was an amazing experience! The couch‑pullout bed wasn’t very comfy, but it’s a couch‑pullout bed so you can’t expect too much; it was a little too “springy” and not very “cushiony.”

The staff were friendly, the décor was cute, and the location was convenient. Mosquitoes and other flying insects were a problem.

I liked the area and the location, and the staff were very polite. I didn’t receive the room I had requested; the neighbors were so loud past midnight and kept slamming doors after 9 pm, the water flow was subpar, we didn’t get a coffee maker, and for the price we paid it felt overpriced.
