The location is great and within walking distance of all the Back Bay attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the robes were nice, and the place was very clean. I would have liked more bathroom supplies, like liquid soap. The carpet looked worn and had a few stains, and there was an old teabag in the teapot that had been missed. Otherwise, the old‑world charm was very nice.
