Located 1 km from Santa Fe Shopping Mall, 15 minutes from Banamex Convention Centre, and 5 minutes from Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, with Toluca International Airport 30 minutes away.

I made a reservation, telling them I would arrive between 18 and 19 hrs, and that’s what happened, but when we got there they said the guarantee card had no funds, which wasn’t true, and they didn’t honor the reservation. They sent us to Lomas, which wasn’t the plan. This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed at this branch, and the staff didn’t care. I don’t know who followed up, but thanks.

The location was good. The breakfast didn’t include chilaquiles, eggs, or beans, although they do offer those in other meals.

The room layout was fine. The breakfast had very little variety and quantity of food for the number of people who were eating.

The location is good. The breakfasts were too bad—just black coffee, bread, and fruit. The last time I was there it used to be better, but this time it was too bad.
