The staff’s professionalism in a warm family welcome. The location is strategically in the city center. The garden is well maintained with a pool.

The breakfast was excellent and the location great, but the price felt a bit high for the standard offered.

The hotel was badly signposted and especially hard to reach by car, not living up to a four‑star rating. I was very disappointed by the information on Booking.

The location, breakfast, and the availability of a garden and pool were all good. The plumbing had issues: the sink was blocked, the bathroom light didn’t work, and the pool would have been warmer if it had been covered at night.
