Modern comforts include a tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and work desk, plus a terrace with outdoor dining and furniture. Centrally situated, it lies a 19‑minute walk from Banana Beach and provides convenient access to Ben Gurion Airport and nearby attractions.

The location was very convenient. Everything needed for a relaxing stay was available. The host, Joseph, greeted us personally, showed everything, and explained everything. He kindly allowed us a late check‑out on Shabbat. The only issue was the construction noise not far from the house.

The room and the host were great, exactly what I needed for a weekend in Tel Aviv, and the central spot is close to plenty of spots to eat, drink or party. However, there isn’t a completely separate entrance; the room has its own door but shares the main entrance with another studio, and the balcony is shared too, plus the property is strictly no‑smoking.
