“It was actuallyverygood...but..”
The location and shuttle service were great. The front‑counter lady seemed disinterested and could have been better, but overall it was a good place to stay.

The staff were extremely accommodating, the breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the location let us reach everything nearby in a short time. No complaints came up during our stay, so keep up the great work.

Karen was very kind, professional, and helpful, and I loved the customer service. There was no yogurt, but thanks for the breakfast.

The staff and location were good, but the carpet in my room was nasty, the couch smelled, and the sheets and comforter were heavily dinged.

The hotel was quiet and I slept well, but the surrounding area was not ideal.
