Very clean, friendly staff, parking, location. A bit noisy at night in room 13, probably from the air‑conditioners on the outer wall. Very strong humming.

The accommodation was pleasant and reasonably priced, everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable; just a short walk from the Thermalni koupaliště, which was perfect! Nothing to complain about.

The location was excellent, the cleanliness impeccable, and the staff extremely friendly – I definitely recommend it! However, there was no coat rack in the hallway, no towel hooks, and the drawers had insufficient hanging space for towels.
