The Manhattan A Boutique Hotel By American Ease

“Comfortable environment with grocery stores and restaurants nearby.”

This place sits in a fantastic spot, right near my workplace. The hotel only offered basic amenities, but the air conditioning was a major perk. The room was spotless and the staff were attentive. Parking was very limited, but that’s typical for the area.

“We liked our room. We had a great time. Noel is very friendly and helpful.”

Clean, comfy, and close to everything. The bathroom is large with a shower. Parking right next to the hotel is limited, yet there’s a small lot within walking distance.

We were pleased with the self-check-in process, which was a new experience for us. For the duration of our stay, we were very satisfied with the hotel's services.

The location of this property was a major advantage, being close to the base. However, our stay was plagued by a series of problems from the very beginning. We had trouble getting into our room, and it took 30 minutes to figure out how to call for assistance. The internet was also out, and we had to reset it. When we arrived at our room, the TV wouldn't work, and the room was too hot, with no clear way to lower the temperature.
